Since the beginning of this experiment, I can say I’ve 100% improved at baking, especially cakes. The first cake I made was so sugary it was inedible. And this one…dang. I wish 1.) the internet could taste it and 2.) I would have gotten a picture of the inside because the four layers were so even! I was honestly impressed with myself.

I was so happy that I got to make this Nutella and chocolate cake as a surprise for my friend Leo’s birthday! We all went out to dinner at the bessssst restaurant in our town, then capped our completely full stomachs with a four-layer cake. That makes sense, right? It was such a fun and delicious evening!
